This will enable a member of the Duffy Archive copyright team to find the correct case file. Without this information, we will not be able to respond.
Any images produced by an individual or company monetised in any format without prior license or permission will lead to action being taken.
Examples of infringements may include but are not limited to the following:
- Prints, merchandising, murals, clothing and accessories or any other products produced.
- Use for any editorial, news article or video without credit, license or permission.
- Advertising or promotion of a brand, an event or a venue in print, digitally, on social media etc.
- Using images from a press release out of context or to create additional content.
- Modifying, cropping or manipulating our imagery in any way or as part of graphic design or logo.
- Applying a logo, trademark or copyright to imagery to our properties.
- To collect any royalties via sub-licensing or making our properties available to download.
- For any other way deemed detrimental to the works or offensive to the content/persons featured in said works.
The Duffy Archive Limited maintains an active policing policy for infringing images and will not hesitate to pursue legal action against those involved.
